On average, shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days starting on date of order to delivery. However, some shipments may take 5-10 business days.

We ship to all locations except Europe via DHL Express, the global leader in international shipping.

Signatures are required for all deliveries so we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO at this time. You must use a physical address and be available to sign for the package.

Shipping is included for all orders over $750 USD. All other orders will incur a $39 USD flat-rate fee.

Currently, LOZURI covers all duties.

You will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days, starting on the day your order was delivered. Please be sure to inspect your item and do not remove the security band as it is needed for a return.

Because the majority of our inventory is unique or one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to accept exchanges.

Refunds are only issued after a cancellation or return. Returns must meet eligibility requirements.

US and All other residents: LOZURI offers standard refunds which are usually processed within 2-3 business days after request and approval. Refunds will be issued after satisfactory review of your return (new and unworn condition, includes all packaging and tags, original security tag in place).

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it without a fee. Orders cancelled after this period will incur a $25 fee unless the order shipped. If the order shipped, you must submit a return request.

All items are delivered to you with original brand tags and packaging (when available).
