Introduced during the FW23 fashion show, and already celebrity approved, Bottega Veneta Gemelli Bag follows the steps of Jodie, Andiamo and Sardine, a trio of widely popular icons that need no introduction.
The unisex Gemelli is a practical structured hobo and a stunningly slouchy tote in one, and takes her name from the Italian word for twins.
The latest addition to Bottega Veneta highly coveted bag repertoire is hand-crafted in the intrecciato-woven leather, house’s signature from the mid seventies, and comes with a convertible crescent-shaped outer pouch, and detachable tubular handle.
Both the pouch handle and the bag herself have a zip closure, and you’ll find another zipped pocket the in the interior.
Playing with volume and duality, this versatile shape-shifter has multiple ways of wearing: hand or shoulder using the upper handle, with the pouch complementing its much bigger, crescent sibling - acting like a finishing stylistic touch or an accessory; hand or shoulder, using the pouch as handle; plus, you can also remove the tubular handle, slip your arm underneath the pouch and wear your Gemelli as a clutch.
