Sent defective item and customer service useless in providing resolution.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. However, we’d like to clarify a few important details after looking up your order. Our Client Services team responded promptly to every message you sent, and we also offered a full return with a prepaid label at no cost to you.
The item in question was carefully inspected before shipment and was not defective. The strap was sent folded, as is standard in many shipments, and any folds or creases of the band are cosmetic and naturally resolve with use.
While we respect your decision to keep the item, we wish you had taken us up on the return offer so we could have resolved this to your satisfaction.

Never heard of this site but it is legit!! Love my Fendi Sunshine Raffia Tote, no flaws and came with authenticity card packet and dust bag. Pricing was incredible!! The only downfall is the shipping time to the US. They use DHL which is the slowest shipper. If you are in a time crunch for a bag this may not be your best bet. Overall a great experience but I now know to allow for extra shipping time.

Fantastic customer service, the designer bag i purchased is absolutely beautiful and it was brand new for a fraction of the price.
My only complain is that I wish it came in signature designer packaging rather than the miscellaneous box it came with plastic air bag stuffing it came in.

This was my very first purchase with Lozuri. I purchased a Bottega Venetta belt. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and when it was delivered to my house I was not home to sign for it. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Lozuri letting me know about the missed delivery and that they were keeping a close eye on the package. I ended up going to the delivery company’s office to pick up the package to avoid another missed delivery. The item was in perfect condition and in the Bottega dust bag. The belt was not in a Bottega box but the item was in brand new condition. It was well packaged to ensure safe travels. I would recommend Lozuri as a safe company to purchase luxury items from.
