LOZURI Prestige Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The Program is open to any United States resident who is at least eighteen (18) years old and provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Membership in the Program is limited to one account per person, using a unique email address.
- Membership Conditions: Members must maintain an active Program membership to earn and redeem points. You may opt out of the Program at any time, forfeiting your unused and unexpired points. To cancel a Program membership, please call Customer Service.
- Expiration Dates: Points have no monetary value and they will not expire if you make at least one purchase every 12 months. Points expire after 12 months if you do not make any purchase in the 12 months after earning them.
- Eligible Products or Services: Points cannot be earned for: any purchase made using a reward coupon; store credit or merchandise credit; charity donations; purchase of a gift card; or the value of any gifts-with-purchase. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.
- Earning Points: Points can be earned in a variety of ways (such as signing up for Loyalty program, entering your birthday, placing an order, leaving a review, etc.). Please review the earnings details on the Lozuri Prestige main page, which is subject to change at any time without notice, for complete details. All referral points are earned when the referred customer completes a purchase.
- Purchase Requirements: A minimum merchandise purchase of $1.00 (excluding taxes and shipping charges) is required in order to redeem your reward points. There is currently no maximum redemption per purchase, but this may change at any time without notice.
- Promotion Stacking: You can use points as a payment during checkout along with any available promotion.
- Redemption and Conditions: Points may be redeemed for the entire purchase, regardless of number of products. You must identify yourself as a Participant at the time of transaction to redeem the Reward by selecting the correct redemption at time of checkout. - Tiers Specification: Membership tiers are not currently available but may be in the future. All tier changes in the future will apply retroactively to active Lozuri Prestige members. Inactive Lozuri Prestige members will not qualify for retroactive changes, should any occur.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your placed orders and/or participation in the Program or any Rewards earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Program Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.
- Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no responsibility or liability is assumed by LOZURI for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Program and/or Site.
- Personal Data Protection: You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Company, the Loyalty Program, Participating Properties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Statement.
- No Monetary Value, Non-transferrable: Loyalty points have no monetary value nor can they be redeemed for cash, partial refunds, etc. Loyalty points cannot be transferred.
- Order Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges: Loyalty points may be affected by changes in orders when the order value changes. Order refunds will result in a deduction of points, and additional order payments will result in an addition of points.

This policy is designed to provide a clear understanding of the rules and regulations of our loyalty program. We encourage all members to read and understand this policy before participating in the program.
If at any time you notice a discrepancy in your loyalty points, please contact client services and we'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue in your favor.
