Refund Policy

Please see our Return Policy for requirements that may apply prior to a refund.

Once Lozuri accepts and receives your return, you have the option to:

  1. Exchange for different size: When available, you can exchange your product for a different size free of charge. See our "EXCHANGING A PRODUCT" section below.
  2. Receive store credit: Lozuri will pay for the return and restocking fee while you receive 100% of your refund in the form of a Lozuri Gift Card
  3. Refund original payment: 5% return and restocking fee will be deducted from refund

Refunds can take up to 7 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Your refund may be affected if your returned item is received damaged, with tags missing, or with original designer packaging missing. A member of client services will be in touch to work with you should any issues arise.

Shipping Fees and Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable once an order or part of an order ships.

Lozuri product prices may change daily with the market. If a product price drops within 7 days of placing your order, clients may reach out to Lozuri client services to request a refund for the difference. Lozuri reserves the right to honor a refund for the difference to a maximum of one time per order.
