Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all overs $750 USD or greater, and flat-rate shipping on all orders under $750 USD. Signatures are required for all deliveries, so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO's, or FPO's at this time. International orders require a physical shipping address. We ship to everywhere except Europe.

Duties will be collected at checkout for all applicable items.

Orders are shipped via DHL express. We have a dedicated team that is trained to perform a thorough quality and authenticity check before preparing your order for delivery.

Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days after placing your order. You can expect to receive your tracking information within 3-5 business days after placing your order. If we notice any delays or issues with your order, client services will be in touch promptly.

Once your item has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. All returned items due to invalid address, wrong address, etc. can be re-shipped with a reshipment fee (outlined below).

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can find updates on your delivery by entering your tracking number on the DHL Website.

If your item does not arrive, is damaged on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, please Contact Client Services for further assistance and we'll make it right.

RETURNED ITEMS TO LOZURI

If an item is returned to LOZURI (eg: undeliverable, denial of acceptance, bad address, etc.), client will be contacted for next steps. All re-shipments will be charged a $49 USD shipping fee regardless of reason.

In the case of no response from client after 3 business days of first outreach, LOZURI will default closing the case by issuing a refund minus the 5% restocking fee, as outlined in our Return Policy.
