Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders $750 USD or greater, and flat-rate shipping on all orders under $750 USD. Signatures are required for all deliveries, so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO's, or FPO's at this time. International orders require a physical shipping address.

Duties for non-US customers will be collected by shipper. Duties for US customers will be paid by Lozuri.

Orders are shipped via DHL express. We have a dedicated team that is trained to perform a thorough quality and authenticity check before preparing your order for delivery.

You can expect to receive your tracking information within 3-5 business days after placing your order. Your order will arrive within about 5-10 business days after placing your order. If we notice any delays or issues with your order, client services will be in touch promptly.

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can find updates on your delivery by entering your tracking number on the DHL Website.

If your item does not arrive, is damaged on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, please Contact Client Services for further assistance and we'll make it right.

DHL RETURNED ITEMS TO LOZURI

If an item is returned to LOZURI (eg: undeliverable, denial of acceptance, bad address, etc.), client will be contacted for next steps. All re-shipments will be charged a $49 USD shipping fee regardless of reason. Navidium Shipping Protection will not apply to the subsequent shipment unless premium is paid again.

In the case of no response from client after 3 business days of first outreach, LOZURI will default closing the case by issuing a refund minus the 15% restocking fee, as outlined in our Return Policy.

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION

Lozuri now offers shipping protection to protect your items while in transit. Shipping protection is on a per order basis only, and only protects the associated items. Shipping protection does not protect any other unprotected order.

If your package is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit, and DHL notifies you as such, please reach out to Client Services immediately.

If package is damaged in transit: you will likely see a delivery exception. In this case, please contact client services. DHL may continue to attempt delivery but we strongly advise that you inspect the packaging and item(s) before the driver leaves. If items are damaged or destroyed, accept the delivery and notify the driver of such issue so that they make note of the damage. Then, contact client services immediately so that we may begin processing the claim. We will then move forward with a replacement or refund usually within 14 calendar days.

If package is lost in transit: We will first work with DHL to find and recover the package to attempt delivery. If recovery is unsuccessful after 14 calendar days, we will move forward with replacing or refunding the affected item(s).

If package is stolen in transit: We will first work with DHL and the necessary authorities to attempt recovery. If recovery is unsuccessful after 14 days, we will move forward with replacing or refunding the affected item(s).

If the package and product is damaged, cannot be found, or stolen in transit, the shipping protection will cover the cost 100% to replace or refund the covered items.

Shipping protection no longer applies once the package is signed for and delivered. We encourage all packages to be inspected for any signs of damage while signing. If any suspected damage is found, notify the driver immediately.

If damage is found to product(s) after signing for package, please notify Client Services within 2 days so that we can start with processing the claim, and process a return if necessary. Please provide pictures of the packaging and item(s), including the damage and the Lozuri security tag in the same picture.

Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable once any portion of the order ships.
