Sent defective item and customer service useless in providing resolution.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. However, we’d like to clarify a few important details after looking up your order. Our Client Services team responded promptly to every message you sent, and we also offered a full return with a prepaid label at no cost to you.
The item in question was carefully inspected before shipment and was not defective. The strap was sent folded, as is standard in many shipments, and any folds or creases of the band are cosmetic and naturally resolve with use.
While we respect your decision to keep the item, we wish you had taken us up on the return offer so we could have resolved this to your satisfaction.

What size should I buy?
We invite you to utilize our generic sizing chart, but for best results, please reference the designer site for fitment information.
If you're unsure of size, please reach out to our client services team and we'll help you find the perfect fit!
What’s the shipping policy?
We ship to all locations except Europe via DHL Express, the global leader in international shipping.
Signatures are required for all deliveries so we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO at this time. You must use a physical address and be available to sign for the package.
Shipping is included for all orders over $750 USD. All other orders will incur a $39 USD flat-rate fee.
Customers are responsible for duties which are calculated at checkout.
You will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon delivery.
What’s the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days, starting on the day your order was delivered. Please be sure to inspect your item and do not remove the security band as it is needed for a return.
Because the majority of our inventory is unique or one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to accept exchanges.
