This was my very first purchase with Lozuri. I purchased a Bottega Venetta belt. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and when it was delivered to my house I was not home to sign for it. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Lozuri letting me know about the missed delivery and that they were keeping a close eye on the package. I ended up going to the delivery company’s office to pick up the package to avoid another missed delivery. The item was in perfect condition and in the Bottega dust bag. The belt was not in a Bottega box but the item was in brand new condition. It was well packaged to ensure safe travels. I would recommend Lozuri as a safe company to purchase luxury items from.

What’s the shipping policy?
We ship to all locations except Europe via DHL Express, the global leader in international shipping.
Signatures are required for all deliveries so we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO at this time. You must use a physical address and be available to sign for the package.
Shipping is included for all orders over $750 USD. All other orders will incur a $39 USD flat-rate fee.
Customers are responsible for duties which are calculated at checkout.
You will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon delivery.
What’s the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days, starting on the day your order was delivered. Please be sure to inspect your item and do not remove the security band as it is needed for a return.
Because the majority of our inventory is unique or one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to accept exchanges.
